As the hostess, YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guests to register is one week before the event (November 12, 2023).  Private Workshops will have exclusive access of our workshop for 2.5 hours on the date and time you have secured (November 19th from 1-3:00PM). ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio so please be sure everyone registers. 

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.

To get your full deposit back, you MUST have at least 10 guests {including yourself} register AND ATTEND your event. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after your event takes place. If you do not get at least 10 guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline (5 days prior to event), your event will be cancelled and your deposit will NOT be refunded.

Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made.  All workshop registrations are final.

Terms

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the production of your personalized project. Due to the nature of our projects, registrations are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled workshop will receive a studio credit less a 15% administrative fee. Studio credits will be good for 45 days from date of cancellation. Cancellations made after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund or studio credit of any kind. Workshop no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or studio credit of any kind.
