Which will you choose to represent your family, skeleton, ghost, or witch?? Join us Thursday 10/17/2024 at 7:00pm at Railhouse Brewery in Aberdeen for a private DIY workshop to make one of our Halloween Family Portrait! Customize your project with your choice of stain and paint colors!  This registration allows for one adult to make one project.  Registration is required to attend. Registration includes one free beverage.  

Our standard size Portrait frame is 10"x20" and can accommodate up to 8 family members. If you have a family of 2 or 3 members we can use a smaller 11x14 frame.  Pets are included in the family member counts. If you have a larger family, contact us through email and we will be happy to make some custom arrangements for you! Make sure to put phone number and email with order for verification of personalization.

Registration closes on Sunday Oct 13th.

HOW TO REGISTER:

1.  Choose your project design in the dropdown menu below

2. Enter information in the personalization box. Please be sure to clarify parent, child, pets name.

3.  Proceed with checkout.

*Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge but must be submitted to info@hammerandstainsp.com prior to registering. Changes not submitted prior to registering will not be honored and your project will be prepared as originally shown.  Significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and also must be pre-approved and submitted to info@hammerandstainsp.com at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee may apply.

Terms

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the production of your personalized project. Due to the nature of our projects, registrations are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled workshop will receive a studio credit less a 15% administrative fee. Studio credits will be good for 45 days from date of cancellation. Cancellations made after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund or studio credit of any kind. Workshop no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or studio credit of any kind. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@hammerandstainsp.com. Hammer & Stain Southern Pines reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
